A Case of Nephrogenic Diabetes Insipidus

Abstract
|
|
|
This s a case report of nephrogenic diabetes insipidus. A 23 months elr´ rrale infant had the chief complaints of polyuria, polydypsia and failure to thrive.
Past and family history were non specific.
Laboratory findings evealed failure of concentr-te urine with water restriction test. Hickey-Fare test and Pitressin test.
He had been treated with pitressin and chlorothiazide but failed to treatment.
The literature also reviewed briefly.
